Joe is the Founder and CEO of ARCH. As a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom ('06-'07), he built ARCH with the belief that every resident deserves a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming place to call home.
Drawing on his background in healthcare operations and supply chain management, Joe brings a detail-oriented and people-first approach to property management. He is committed to making the rental experience simple, reliable, and respectful for every tenant.
Joe is currently pursuing an MBA from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management. For Joe, ARCH is more than just a business—it’s a passion for building community, providing stability, and supporting veterans and families across Nashville.

Rebekah is the Chief Operating Officer of ARCH. With nearly two decades of experience in education and leadership at Ensworth School, she brings a strong background in operations, communication, and community building to her role.
Rebekah’s focus is on creating a positive tenant experience by ensuring every interaction is handled with care, respect, and efficiency. She understands the importance of making residents feel at home and works daily to maintain the welcoming, reliable environment that ARCH is known for.
With a Master’s degree in Education from Vanderbilt's Peabody College and a career dedicated to serving families, Rebekah brings both heart and expertise to ARCH’s mission of providing quality homes across Nashville.
